Every single MicroChannel Heat Exchangers we manufacture go through the minimum 10 minute leak tests. During the test, we pressurize the heat exchangers to 700psi and check for possible leaks. Our test methods allow us to detect the extremely small scale leaks that may not be detected even by the helium detectors.
