Making of MCHE

Every MicroChannel Heat Exchanger is precision assembled, starting with Micro-channel tube processing. Airside Fins, End Caps, Baffles, and Headers are then made on state of art machinery and the components are combined by our well trained staffs. The fully assembled MicroChannel Heat Exchanger is then put through a Controlled Atmoshphere furnace where it integrally brazes into a leak tight, structurally strong final product. Every single YIT products are then proof tested and multiple series of leak tested for quality assurance.
