MCHE Major Components

- Header Pipe
In combination with baffles, header pipe control the direction of flow of refrigerant and enable optimization of the velocity in all phases.

- Fin
A superior louver and top-plated fin design maximizes the surface contact. This reduces the air side pressure drop and improves efficiency, as well as reducing noise levels.

- Tube
The patented microchannel tubes offer durability and superior heat transfer, which in turn enables a more compact, but equally effective solution overall.

- Baffle
In combination with header pipes, baffles control the direction of flow of refrigerant and enable optimization of the velocity in all phases.

- End Cap
The end caps and the header pipes are brazed firmly together to form one leak-free unit. Being made entirely of aluminum, the whole body of the MCHE is resistant to galvanic corrosion.

- Connecting Pipes
A wide choice of connecting pipes make it easy to install the units into products.

- Bracket
The brakes and the header pipes are brazed firmly together, which enables the simple installation without damaging the body of MCHE.
